Roles & Responsibilities

Our unique approach combines the best elements of Pilates, Tone and Yoga into a 3-in-1 workout that has never been done before. The fusion breaks down the barriers of intimidation often associated with Pilats or Yoga studios, making these modalities accessible to everybody and every body.

NOW, we are on the hunt for SEVERAL passionate pilates instructors - reformer & mat to join the team. Our members expect and deserve to be coached by a passionate & friendly personal instructor who thrives in a group fitness environment.

As Head Instructor, you will lead the execution and quality assurance of all Pilates class offerings at the Studio . You will bring creativity, consistency, and anatomical expertise into a diverse range of classes (e.g., full-body, upper/lower body-focused, core strength, mobility). You’ll also support instructor development, and ensure the overall safety, inclusivity, and impact of our programming.

What we are looking for:

  • Lead and teach group Pilates classes with varied focus (upper body, lower body, core, mobility, breathwork, etc.)
  • Provide hands-on adjustments, cueing, and modifications suitable for all body types and fitness levels
  • Mentor and onboard new instructors as the team grows
  • Assist with hiring and training of instructors
  • Collaborate with studio management on programming, community events, and recovery integration (e.g., stretching after sauna/ice bath use)
  • Maintain studio safety protocols, including proper use of props and injury prevention
  • Collect and respond to client feedback to maintain instructional excellence
  • Mat and or Reformer Pilates qualification OR Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness
  • Trainers with at least 1 year experience, however a keen willingness to learn is also admired
  • High energy and attention to detail when leading a class
  • Actively participates and completes regular training that will be provided to you, including becoming an FS8 Trainer, where relevant.

Key Requirements

  • Certification in Pilates from a recognized training institution
  • Proven experience teaching Pilates in a group setting
  • Strong anatomical knowledge and ability to teach safe, alignment-based movement
  • Ability to offer modifications, progressions, and alternatives for diverse abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and motivational presence
  • CPR/AED certification (we sponsor if not yet certified)
  • Open availability for at least 5 days a week, including some evenings and weekends
  • Background in physiotherapy, sports therapy, or movement sciences not a must, but a plus
