Key Responsibilities
- Define hiring needs, develop compelling job descriptions aligned with organizational culture, and identify candidates with the required competencies and skills.
- Execute a dynamic Talent Acquisition strategy (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) aligned with annual business goals.
- Implement innovative recruiting methods and adapt strategies as needed to meet evolving business demands.
- Manage and continuously improve the hiring process, usage of tools and technologies, and vendor relationships to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both Hiring Managers and Candidates.
- Manage and onboard all external partners such as search firms and reference check companies for Singapore.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Manage and work towards a Singapore Core team.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Stakeholder influence demonstrated through the ability to navigate a matrix organization.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
