Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, especially at a strategic level.
  • Experience in the Jewellery Manufacturing, Jewellery, or retail sectors.
  • Subject Matter Expert in HR practices.

Job description

    You are an experienced Strategic Human Resource Partner who will be collaborating closely with the Management of Walking Tree India Pvt Ltd. Your role involves consulting with the board of directors, C-suite executives, and high-level management to develop HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. As a change agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing recruitment, employee relations, organization development, performance management, and HR process excellence.Your primary accountabilities include:- Developing competitive strategies for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, organization development, and performance management.- Collaborating with Unit/Function Heads to formulate and execute the HR Strategy that aligns with business objectives.- Ensuring human resource compliance and maintaining standardization and consistency of HR practices and policies within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Translating the organization's strategic and tactical business plans into HR plans.- Planning, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating the human resource function and performance.- Advising the Management Team on HR trends that impact the business.- Providing guidance and support to managers and staff in managing discipline and grievance issues in line with Company values and policies.Preferred Experience and Skills:1. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Human Resources with over a decade at a Strategic level.2. Previous experience in Jewellery Manufacturing industry, Jewellery, Fashion jewellery, or retail sectors.3. Subject Matter Expert in HR practices.4.
