Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Head Spa Therapist, you will specialize in scalp treatments, stress-relief therapies, and holistic head, neck, and shoulder care. Your role is to deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring they leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of head spa treatments, including scalp detox, deep cleansing, oil therapy, lymphatic drainage, and acupressure massage.
• Conduct scalp and hair analysis to tailor treatments to each client's needs.
• Educate clients on scalp and hair care maintenance and recommend suitable home care products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the treatment room.
• Keep accurate records of client profiles, preferences, and progress.
• Uphold excellent customer service, creating a calming and welcoming experience.
• Stay updated with latest head spa techniques, trends, and product knowledge.
• Assist in promoting head spa packages and services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a therapist in a spa, salon, or wellness environment.
• Strong knowledge of scalp anatomy, hair health, and massage techniques.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (if required).

Preferred:

• Experience with Japanese/Korean-style head spas.
