A leading bakery, BAKER'S WELL, is seeking dedicated customer service staff for its outlets. Responsibilities include upselling bakery items, managing customer inquiries, handling the cashier, and supporting inventory tasks. Ideal candidates are flexible with shift timings and possess good communication skills. Experience as a Barista will be an added advantage. A training program is available for new hires, with benefits including bonuses and medical claims.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Upselling of bakeries item
- Handle customers' enquiries (both walk-in and phone)
- Responsible in handling the cashier
- Manage stock take, inventory
- Handle Duty Roster/Staff Schedule
- Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor/Superior
Requirement
- Able to work in rotating shifts
( East Coast Outlet: 7am - 5pm / 11am - 9pm |10 hours shift)
( Changi Airport T2 Outlet: 8am - 6pm / 12pm - 10pm | 10 hours shift)
- Able to work in either location as required
- Able work on Public holidays and weekends
- Good communication skills
- On Job training will be provided
- Barista experience is a plus
