Job Description / Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling the cashier.
- Uniforms will be provided.
- Upselling of baked goods and souvenir items.
- Pick and pack baked goods such as buns, loaves, cakes, muffins, cookies based on customer orders.
- Prepare hot/iced beverages such as coffee (latte, cappuccino, long black, etc.) based on customer orders.
- Handle customer inquiries (for both walk-in and phone calls).
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Able to work in rotating shifts (7am - 4pm, 11am - 9pm, 10 hours shift).
- Changi Airport T2 outlet: 7am - 4pm, 1pm - 11pm.
- (OT pay for additional hours as per MOM regulations).
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends (4 days OFF/month).
- Good communication skills.
- Able to speak fluent English.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in Customer Service/F&B is a plus.
- Candidates who are able to start work immediately are preferred.
- Candidates with barista experience (espresso-based coffees) is a plus.
- On-job training will be provided.
