A food establishment is seeking a cashier for their outlet at Changi Airport T2. The role includes handling customer inquiries, taking orders, and preparing beverages. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work in rotation shifts. On-job training will be provided, and benefits include a festive bonus and health medical reimbursement.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Responsible in handling the cashier
- Uniforms will be provided
- Upselling of baked goods and souvenir items
- Pick and Pack baked goods such as buns, loafs, cakes, muffins , cookies based on customer order
- Prepare hot/iced beverages such as coffee (latte, cappuccino, long black etc) based on customer order
- Handle customer inquiries (for both walk-in and phone calls)
- Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
Requirement
- Able to work in rotating shifts ( 7am - 4pm, 11am - 9pm, |10 hours shift)
[Changi Airport T2 outlet: 7am - 4pm, 1pm - 11pm]
(OT pay for additional hours as per MOM regulations)
- Able to work on Public holidays and Weekends (4 days OFF /month)
- Good communication skills
- Able to speak fluent English
- Able to work independently
- Experience in Customer Service/F&B is a plus
- Candidates who are able to start work immediately are preferred.
- Candidates with barista experience (espresso-based coffees) is a plus.
