Key Responsibilities


As a key member of the Procurement team, you will be instrumental in enhancing procurement processes and governance frameworks. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, policies, and governance structures
  • Leading contract management efforts, including resolution of contractual disputes and ensuring compliance
  • Enhancing operational efficiency through process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Managing and nurturing stakeholder and supplier relationships to ensure alignment and service quality
  • Overseeing sourcing and category management to achieve optimal value and performance outcomes
  • Implement Company’s procurement policy, processes and guidelines, ensuring that they are up-to-date and adhered to, striking a balance between governance and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities and to support internal and external audits.
  • Support adhoc projects as required

Requirements


  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement
  • A tertiary qualification in Procurement, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage end users professionally
  • Strong independent working ability, with a high level of efficiency and a customer service mindset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and a strong team player
  • Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and IT proficiency
