Job description

Job Title: Head - Planning

Experience: 20+ Years

Location: Pune

Requisites:

• Deep operational end-to-end planning experience
• Previous experience in setting up a global capability hub (preferred)
• Experience with Kinaxis planning system (preferred)
• Extensive supply chain management experience, including leading teams and implementing groundbreaking changes
• Experience working in a matrix organizational structure

Skills & Proficiencies:

• Leadership capability, with experience working closely with business units
• Strong understanding of the business environment and supply chain processes
• Excellent collaborative skills, solution-oriented demeanor, and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Key Accountabilities:

1. Lead the team build-up in the BTC and facilitate the transition of activities, including process standardization
2. Hire, establish, and lead operational activities across geographies
3. Deliver end-to-end planning integration during the build phase to embed new processes
4. Drive process quality, standardization, and capability development
5. Deliver high-quality operational plans and orchestrate global activities
6. Develop a team of supply chain specialists and analysts covering global time zones
7. Plan and supervise operational targets to optimize cash flow and service levels
