Job summary
A leading company in banking seeks a seasoned Operational Risk Auditor to oversee audits and develop risk-based plans. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the banking sector, particularly in operational risk, along with strong analytical and supervisory skills.
Qualifications
- At least more than 10 years of experience in the banking/finance industry.
- Seasoned auditors with supervisory experience in banks or financial institutions.
- Knowledge of BCBS239 and trade finance operations is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- In charge of operational risk audits including audits on branches and support functions.
- Develop and implement a risk-based annual audit plan.
- Provide audit consultation for changes in business processes.

Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related fields
Responsibilities :-
- Overall in charge of the operational risk audits, which includes audit on branches, support and middle office functions.
- Responsible for developing a risk-based annual audit plan on operational risk
- Responsible for implementing the annual plan and supervising the audits in ensuring proper controls and processes in place and the audit reports delivered in time to stakeholders
- Provide audit consultation to new/changes in business processes or products where necessary.
Requirements :
- A degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related fields;
- Atleast more than 10 years of experience in the banking / finance industry
- Seasoned auditors with supervisory experience in banks or financial institutions;
- Good knowledge of banking business and operations;
- Knowledge of BCBS239;
- Strong thinking and rationalization capabilities, able to explain/articulate and present ideas well;
- Strong knowledge in trade finance operations, AML, private wealth, FAA, outsourcing would be an advantage.
