Job summary

SEA LLYOD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Safety & Health professional to oversee risk assessments and implement comprehensive safety management systems across sites. You will lead the safety committee, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with WSHA and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, developing annual safety action plans, organizing trainings, and maintaining safety documentation to promote a safe working environment for all staff.

Qualifications

• Leading safety committee inspections and audits

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures per WSHA.
• Coordinate safety and health matters with relevant stakeholders.
• Implement on-site and off-site safety & health management systems.
• Lead safety committee in safety inspections.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; recommend preventive actions.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas and attend site safety meetings.
• Prepare annual safety action plans and ensure their implementation.
• Identify training needs and conduct safety, health and fire safety trainings.
• Organize safety awareness and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update safety records and documentation.
• Submit monthly safety reports and assist with statutory requirements.
