Our client is a reputable Business Managed Services provider in Singapore with a proven track record of providing excellent service to their esteemed clients across both the public and private sectors. Offering a wide range of services, from finance and payroll to HR and customer care, they specialize in helping businesses transform and streamline their operations. They are seeking a motivated Head of Training Administration to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Location: Braddell until Dec 2025 (Will shift to AMK from Jan 2026 onwards)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

You will be a key training admin and operations partner to our clients to deliver effective training administrative and operations services to support their business objectives and operations. You will undertake a supervisory role and manage a team of executives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all the programmes registration, payments, enrolment, attendance and assessment records are processed accurately and timely, and in accordance with all prevailing SOPs, policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct regular checks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the system(s).
  3. Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
  4. Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
  5. Review existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Review and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.
  7. Oversees the daily operations and completion of tasks in your team.
  8. Develop and mentor team members.

Requirements:

  1. Min. 3-4 years of Team Lead experience in managing a group of staff.
  2. Min 3-4 years of experience in handling training and operations administration duties.
  3. Min. Degree in Business Management / Business Administration or related fields.
  4. Experience and knowledge in various training grants, such as PSEA, UTAP, SFC is preferred but not a must.
  5. Meticulous with keen attention to details, highly disciplined, service-oriented and good team player.
