Reporting to the Campus Dean, you will oversee curriculum development, research alignment, and partnerships with industry and academic networks. The role emphasizes leadership with limited teaching duties to focus on strategy and applied research.

Qualifications

• PhD-qualified with credible record in curriculum and research leadership.
• At least five years of academic leadership experience.
• Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, computing or adjacent technology domains.
• Strong intercultural competence and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the School’s academic direction and stewardship of existing programmes.
• Develop new offerings across AI, Cybersecurity and Data Science.
• Mentor faculty and adjunct staff to strengthen research culture.
• Build high-value partnerships with industry and professional networks.
• Represent the university locally and internationally.
