  • Handle queries from tax authorities.
  • Manage external advisors.
  • Provide guidance to Management on corporate tax matters.
  • Present detailed analysis and recommendations.

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Plan tax efficient structures for global investments and holdings
  • Monitor tax developments and international tax rules affecting the shareholder
  • Ensure file accurate and timely tax returns
  • Liaise with external tax representative on tax returns preparation
  • Review tax impact of new investments, exits, and disposals
  • Support cross-border deals and financing structures
  • Handle queries from tax authorities
  • Manage external advisors
  • Provide clear, simple guidance to Management on corporate tax matters.
  • Present detailed analysis and provide recommendation
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels
  • Able to work under pressure with high levels of resilience and drive, able to see the strategic big picture but also to roll up sleeves and get into the detail and delivery of financial projects
  • Strong team player and sound management skills
