We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of Student Services to lead our student support functions and ensure a seamless, enriching experience for all students. This role involves overseeing administrative operations, student engagement, and regulatory compliance while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Department Leadership & Administration
- Oversee the overall administration of the Student Services department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and review policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance student support services.
- Ensure all student-related processes comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Student Admissions & Administration
- Manage the entire student lifecycle, from application to graduation, including student pass processing.
- Handle student requests, including withdrawals, transfers, deferments, and refunds, in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of Student Contracts and course fee collection as per regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate student enrolment status with the Academic Department.
Course Fee Collection
- Oversee course fee collection and ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial policies.
Student Engagement & Experience
- Manage and enhance the services provided to students, ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.
- Organize student activities and events to promote a holistic learning environment.
- Work closely with the Academic Department to support student success initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in student services or education administration.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for private education institutions in Singapore.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
