Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
IG ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior strategy and transformation leader to own IG’s most important strategic initiatives across Asia and APAC. You will turn loosely defined problems into clear, executable plans that shape the regional commercial agenda.
You will work with Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations and local market leadership to deliver growth, efficiency and new propositions across APAC.
So, who are we?
IG Group is a FTSE 100 global fintech, operating across five continents, serving more than 1.4 million customers and handling billions of dollars in transactions. Our business has been built on scale, trust, deep market expertise and a willingness to keep evolving as the way people trade and invest changes.
For our people, that means solving genuinely complex problems, working with strong technology and resources, and having the opportunity to shape the future of a global financial platform.
The bar is high. Bring curiosity, commercial judgement and a bias for action, and we will give you the scope to work on some of the most important growth and transformation priorities across APAC.
Join us at IG — the future gets built here.
You will report to the Head of Commercial & Projects, Asia and sit at the centre of IG’s regional commercial agenda.
The broader team is responsible for shaping how IG grows across existing markets, expands into new opportunities, improves the economics of the business and evolves its product proposition.
You will work closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations and local market leadership across APAC.
This is not a traditional PMO role. You will be expected to help determine what we should do, as well as make sure it gets done.
You will own a portfolio of IG’s most important strategic initiatives across Asia and APAC.
Your role is to take complex, often loosely defined business problems and turn them into clear strategic choices, executable plans and measurable commercial outcomes.
Projects may involve improving the economics or operating model of an existing business, sharpening competitive positioning, developing new propositions, expanding into new markets, integrating new capabilities, or coordinating major cross-functional initiatives.
You will typically own initiatives from initial problem definition and analysis through business case development, stakeholder alignment, execution and benefits realisation.
Success therefore requires a combination of strategy, commercial judgement, analytical thinking and execution discipline.
It really is more than a job. We’ll recognise your talent and make sure you can still have a life — at work and outside of it.
