Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Define and execute the analytics and reporting strategy for Sales, Insurance, Cybersecurity and BPO operations, aligning with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for data-driven insights to enhance sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Drive a culture of data literacy and informed decision-making across departments.
Data Analytics & Insights:
• Develop and oversee advanced analytics models to predict trends, improve forecasts, and optimize operations.
• Provide actionable insights into sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Analyze insurance portfolios to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies for growth.
• Monitor and optimize BPO performance metrics, including SLA adherence, process efficiency, governance and workforce productivity.
Reporting & Business Intelligence:
• Design, implement, and manage a robust reporting framework to provide real-time and accurate insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation of dashboards and visualizations that cater to different levels of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy regulations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics and reporting team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, IT, and finance, to identify and address analytics needs.
• Partner with technology teams to leverage cutting-edge tools and platforms for analytics and reporting.
Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, insurance, cybersecurity and BPO sectors.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Sales, Insurance, Cybersecurity and BPO operations.
• Strong track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven strategies.
Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking.
