Job description

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Supports the development and execution of sales and go-to-market strategies within a designated group or territory based on customer intelligence and deep market and industry awareness
- Leads execution of strategy to maximize current and future growth of products and solutions as well as market share (in designated territory, portfolio, market segment, etc)
- Leads multiple sales teams accountable to meet sales, revenue, retention and organisational objectives
- Holds accountability for the performance, productivity and results of teams and provides strategic and operational leadership in their region
- Holds accountability for resource allocation and territory segmentation, setting expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing contributions within assigned teams;
- Ensures regional plans align to regional / local business priorities and plans
- Role models and instils strategic account planning discipline across sales and relationship management teams
- Builds and develops succession capable sales leadership teams through active management, coaching and talent movement

Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Degree or equivalent
- Significant experience across all areas of sales and relationship management
- Significant experience in a sales and relationship management leadership role
- International expel experience.
