Job description

Responsibilities

· Participate and contribute to the Global Store Planning and Innovation Communities.

· Lead store, restaurant, and office designs and adaptations in line with brand guidelines to deliver the commercial vision, including VM, graphics, and music direction.

· Drive innovation in store planning, implement circular design and sustainability initiatives.

· Work closely with landlords and brand partners on tenders, design, and construction.

· Maintain a strong portfolio of agencies and contractors; ensure the delivery of quality and efficient projects through the tendering process.

· Ensure all applicable regulations are observed.

· Support operations by providing frameworks for maintenance and refurbishment, and respond to emergencies to minimize disruption.

· Direct visual merchandising and, through the VM community supported by VM guides, enhance presentations to maximize store and product visibility.

· Collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to deliver engaging content and communication in both physical and digital formats to entice customers and drive penetration, conversion, and spend.

· Support profitable and sustainable growth by working with the business development team on tenders and M&A targets, providing economical, achievable quotations, and compelling concepts and designs.

· Prepare budgets, track costs for each project, and maintain a centralized store planning database (CAPEX, preferred vendors, compliance & regulations, timelines, costs, and budgets) to enable effective benchmarking and drive improvements.

· Manage projects through their full lifecycle, including detailed planning, managing changes, and implementing solutions to deliver within target timelines and budgets.

· Perform ad-hoc projects as directed from time to time.
