Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute staffing strategies to support rapid business growth and expansion.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives, ensuring the company hires top fintech talent.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and address skill gaps.
- Implement AI-driven recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and automation to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Streamline recruitment workflows to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
- Establish data-driven hiring metrics and continuously optimize recruitment strategies.
- Build a compelling employer brand that positions the company as a top fintech employer.
- Develop partnerships with universities, coding boot camps, and fintech communities.
- Leverage social media, industry events, and networking to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diverse hiring across all functions.
- Establish partnerships with fintech talent networks and organizations focused on DEI.
- Track and report diversity hiring metrics to ensure an inclusive workforce.
- Lead the recruitment of key leadership roles, including senior technology, product, and business executives.
- Partner with executive search firms for high-impact hiring initiatives.
- Drive competitive intelligence to attract top fintech leadership talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within fintech, tech startups, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of engineering, product, and data science hiring in the fintech space.
- Proven experience implementing scalable, tech-driven recruitment solutions.
- Expertise in high-growth, fast-paced hiring environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leadership.
