Head of Service Delivery & Clinical Operations
    As the Head of Service Delivery & Clinical Operations at Ridgetop Dental International Pvt. Ltd., located in Bangalore, India, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and revenue growth across all dental centers. Your leadership will be instrumental in inspiring and guiding clinical teams to deliver superior patient outcomes while aligning with business objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the company's expansion in Bangalore, ensuring standardization of processes, protocols, and operational efficiency, all while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and patient satisfaction.Your key responsibilities will include:Clinical Operations & Quality Assurance:- Standardizing and enforcing best-in-class treatment protocols.- Overseeing the end-to-end patient experience to ensure seamless service delivery.- Conducting regular case reviews to enhance treatment planning and reduce rework.- Ensuring strict adherence to infection control and hygiene protocols.- Collaborating with the Chief Clinical Director to enhance SOPs and quality standards.Leadership & Team Development:- Mentoring and coaching clinical teams to drive continuous improvement in clinical skills.- Establishing a culture of learning, ethical treatment planning, and patient advocacy.- Conducting regular training and case discussion sessions for skill enhancement.- Encouraging multi-disciplinary collaboration for complex cases.Workforce Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Working with HR to hire, train, and retain skilled clinical teams.- Partnering with Finance to balance operational costs and clinical excellence.- Ensuring smooth clinic operations by coordinating with Admin & Facilities.Expansion & Scalability:- Developing a scalable operational model to support growth from 3 to 12 centers.- Ensuring new clinics are fully operational with well-trained teams.- Implementing knowledge-sharing frameworks for new and existing centers.Revenue Growth & Business Alignment:- Driving KPIs for revenue, case acceptance, and patient retention.- Ensuring all clinics meet or exceed their financial targets.- Working with marketing & business teams to enhance patient referrals.- Monitoring patient feedback and implementing strategies to improve satisfaction.Governance & Reporting:- Aligning clinical and business strategies with the CEO.- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and SOPs.- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Admin to ensure financial and workforce efficiency.The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) with an MDS in a relevant specialization preferred, along with a minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience with leadership responsibilities.
