Our client, a leading and forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Head of Security Operations to safeguard its infrastructure, assets, and people across both cyber and physical domains.

️ Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing security operations team across cyber security and physical security.

• Design and evolve comprehensive security strategies, policies, and incident response frameworks.

• Oversee day-to-day operations: threat detection, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and rapid incident response.

• Conduct in-depth risk assessments and proactively mitigate emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to embed security into organisational processes and technologies.

• Drive adoption of advanced tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous protection and compliance.

• Produce and present security performance metrics and insights to executive stakeholders.

• Lead security training and awareness programs to embed a security-first mindset.

• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and industry bodies to enhance threat intelligence and overall posture.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience managing security operations in complex and regulated environments.

• Deep hands-on expertise in cybersecurity, network security, incident response, and threat mitigation.

• Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of building and scaling security teams.

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and a thorough understanding of modern threat landscapes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and respond rapidly to evolving security incidents with sound judgment.

• High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
