Qualifications

• Proven track record in school leadership roles.
• Experience delivering diverse curricula (e.g., English National Curriculum, IB, GCSE, BTEC, ADAN).
• Experience in international schooling and leading professional development of teachers.
• Strong capability in safeguarding, staff management and strategic planning.
• Experience with accreditation and inspection processes in international schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership for the Secondary School aligned with the school's mission.
• Inspire students and staff to achieve excellence and foster wellbeing.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, assessment, and student progression from secondary through to university.
• Develop high-performing leadership teams and support professional development.
• Ensure safeguarding, community engagement and external partnerships are robust.
