Reporting

The position reports in to the Academic Director.

Responsibilities

• Effective management and smooth running of the programmes offered by the Institute.


• Meet targets set for enrolment, attendance, pass rates and student feedback.


• Ensure high quality delivery and strict adherence to the Institute’s QA processes by the school’s faculty.


• Participate actively in implementing new teaching and delivery methodology by leveraging cutting-edge technology.


• Assessment and review feedback on performance of lecturers.


• Promote quality learning, teaching environment and support student care, welfare and progress.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Possess a Postgraduate Degree.


• At least 5 years of management and/or teaching experience, preferably in the education industry.


• Highly driven, energetic and result-oriented.


• Inclination for details and administration.


• Strong team-players and ability to drive and work closely with full-time and part-time lecturers.
