Job description

Location: West
Basic + AWS + VB + Transport Allowance (NO commission)

Job Description:

  • Ensure the company has the right people and resources in place and uses them efficiently.
  • Manage all pricing activities, including rate sheets for key customers, pricing for new products and services, and vendor data analysis.
  • Maintain the rates database and work closely with the IT team for updates and improvements.
  • Work with Operations and Customer Service teams to keep rate sheets up to date and aligned with current costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Review business reports and KPIs to track performance and share updates with management.
  • Help create and improve new products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow company revenue.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials, branding, and promotions.
  • Join regular sales calls and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Oversee service contracts with customers, ensuring they are current and accurate.
  • Make sure processes and SOPs are clearly defined, implemented, and followed.
  • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key vendors and service providers.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of company activities.
  • Mentor and support managers to improve their leadership and communication skills.
  • Follow and support company safety and quality management systems.
  • erform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in the logistics industry (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and suppliers from different backgrounds.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
