Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Define Supply Chain strategies in terms of service and stocks with the Operations of the Division/Zone and provide support in animating supply chain topics for the cluster

· Implement the necessary structures and resources (alike family, long term capacity planning, HERO SKUs strategy, scenario planning etc.) to build upstream agility

· Ensure the right alignment of key actors (Zone Marketing, Country Supply Chain, Development, Factories) for decisions relative to launches and catalogue management of the Divisions.

· Manage expectations of stakeholders (Zone Marketing, Country Supply Chain, Development, Factories).

· Establish and analyze the activity scorecard (global vision of flows, key performance indicators, manufacturing capacity and strategy to answer the needs, level of service, systems and tools sophistication) to improve overall performance.

· Championing the processes and logics used in systems under scope, from business users’ perspective, to make sure data quality of catalogue, planning parameter etc. are well maintained.

· Lead and optimize inventory management on the whole end-to-end Supply Chain.

· Motivate and support Factories and Subsidiaries to improve Supply Chain performances

· Be the referee between Factories and Subsidiaries in case of major issues (manufacturing lack of capacity, launch issues etc.). Lead the arbitration with Sell-Out and Stock-In-Trade focus.

· Remained informed on major changes in markets to anticipate business risks and opportunities.

· Participate in Budget/Trend process and strategize the 3 years vision of resources necessary in the Factories.

· Business owner lead for transversal digital transformation projects for SAPMENA Operations.

· Develop and manage the team. Ensure the transfer of know-how and develop expertise within the team and implement organizational changes.

Requirements

· Minimally 7 years working experience in Supply Chain

· Past experience in the MENA scope for supply chain

· Ability to intervene as leader on right topics, assertive and influential with business partners to drive right business decisions

· Strong stakeholder networks in manufacturing, sourcing and central operations teams across the group

· Influencer with high drive for change management and agile mindset

· Strong understanding and influence in the E2E Supply chain from upstream to downstream

· Strong analytical skills to synthesize the vast amount of information, and proactively finding avenues and leading process improvement.

· Competent in MS Excel, Powerpoint and proficient in SAP/APO system. Knowledge on PowerBI is a plus
