Our client is Singapore’s leading health supplements and pain relief products company. They are seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing to lead the company's efforts in growing sales and marketing. The successful candidate will be leading a team that includes sales advisors.
This is an in-person role. The office is located in the east area of Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing sales & customer service team to achieve sales target, customer satisfaction and performance goals
Setting individual sales target & measure (KPI) with the sales team
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients
With thorough knowledge of sales processes, provide innovative ideas for business growth
Quarterly business review with major channels (key accounts) and distributors
Perform research to identify new potential customers and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Identify client needs and develop/ implement effective sales strategies
Cultivating relationships with potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Establish and adjust selling price by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
List new products and optimize existing products portfolio according to the priorities and suitability of customers, increase product visibility on shelves for priority products
Work closely with Marketing for promotional plan
Managing marketing budget and expenditure
Communicate in time with all Customers and Distributors on yearly events, promotions
Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each project
Monitoring customer, market, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for growth
Requirements:
At least 5 years of business development or account management background with a proven track record
Leadership experience
Strong consumer and product awareness
Good presentation and communication skills are necessary
The ability to work under pressure and to meet targets
Creativity and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic
The ability to be a team player
Budget awareness and good business sense
Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
