Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven Head of Sales to spearhead our HVAC and CleanRoom Equipment business unit. The ideal candidate must bring a strong industry network and proven experience in securing projects, with the ability to deliver tangible sales results within 6 months of joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in HVAC and CleanRoom Equipment solutions across Singapore and regional markets.
- Leverage existing network and industry contacts to secure new contracts and partnerships quickly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving concrete project wins within the first 6 months.
- Lead ,mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent high performance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
- Oversee tender preparation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations for major projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide senior management with accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/leadership role in HVAC, CleanRoom Equipment, or related industries.
- Proven sales track record with ability to deliver immediate results and secure large-scale projects.
- Strong existing network with consultants, M&E contractors, and project developers in construction and cleanroom industries.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, results-driven mindset, and resilience under pressure.
- Prior experience in solution and value selling is a plus.
- Ability to analyse sales data, customer information, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Regional exposure in Southeast Asia is a strong advantage.
