Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in designing and executing sustainable sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Supervise and guide sales managers to ensure timely and effective achievement of individual KPIs and sales goals.
- Lead the team in delivering superior customer supply chain solutions, maintaining service excellence standards.
- Align sales strategies with company growth plans through the development and implementation of key initiatives.
- Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of both human and financial resources.
- Oversee pricing strategy development, including rate sheets for major clients, product pricing, and vendor data analysis.
- Manage and maintain the rates database, collaborating closely with the IT department for updates and accuracy.
- Work alongside Operations and Customer Service to ensure pricing reflects operational costs and is consistently updated.
- Collaborate across departments to create customized solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Analyze business reports and KPIs to optimize performance and support internal communication on company progress.
- Identify and develop new product and service opportunities to expand market offerings.
- Drive business development efforts to acquire new clients and increase revenue streams.
- Lead branding, promotional campaigns, and creation of marketing materials.
- Participate in key sales meetings and maintain regular communication with key account stakeholders.
- Oversee contract management processes, including reviews and updates for all customer service agreements.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to standard operating procedures and process maps in daily operations.
- Support or lead negotiations with key vendors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure smooth execution of all operational activities across the company.
- Mentor and develop subordinate managers, enhancing their leadership and communication capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of sales management experience, preferably within a logistics company.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with customers and suppliers in diverse, multicultural settings.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with both management and front-line teams.
