What you'll be doing?

Drive team performance: Lead a team of 15+ Sales Representatives, Coordinators, and Customer Care Executives to consistently exceed monthly B2B sales targets.

Monitor and optimize: Closely track performance and pipeline metrics to ensure predictable sales outcomes and growth.

Develop talent: Build and implement a rigorous sales training and coaching program to enhance sales acumen and customer engagement skills.

Elevate the team: Hire, coach, and retain top-performing team members while fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.

Refine processes: Own and evolve sales processes, tools, and commission structures to drive clarity, performance, and alignment with company goals.

Collaborate across departments: Partner with Storytelling, Fulfilment, Production, and Food Product teams to align sales efforts and accelerate growth.

Other Information:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Salary: Basic $8000, no capped on gross salary
