Job description

Looking for a Head of Sales with experience in handling B2B sales, solutions selling and leading a team!

Your new company

My client is an industry leader in providing HR-related Tech solutions to businesses. They are looking for a leader to head their sales department in Asia, focusing on their commercial strategy and growth in the region.

Your new role

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying new clients and ensuring revenue targets are met consistently. Your focus will be on building and managing a high-performance sales team, developing them to become experts at hunting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing new businesses. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally to manage the new logo acquisition strategy and execution in Asia.

What you'll need to succeed

At least 10 years of experience with B2B sales and a proven track record in leading successful teams. Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.

What you'll get in return

A base salary of up to SGD17,500 + Commissions.
