The Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships with clients across the region. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing business development strategies, leading sales programs and initiatives, and managing client relationships. You will work closely with our GWS Enterprise Sector leadership to achieve business targets and expand our market share.

A typical day may involve:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead sales programs and initiatives to win, keep, and grow clients
  • Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Manage and achieve financial, operational, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting, with a focus on commercial real estate or outsourcing
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong understanding of the real estate and facilities management industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze complex business and financial data
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or MBA is preferred with relevant sales experience
