Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure and mentoring a team of business development executives, lead generation specialists, and analysts. The role requires strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset, and expertise in proposal writing, client interaction, and technology solutions.
