Purpose of the Job Role

This is a leadership position; we are looking for individuals with extensive experience in managing marketing and sales teams across multiple countries. The person will be responsible for leading teams of business analysts, SDRs, SDEs, and digital marketing professionals. This role reports directly to the CEO.

As the Head of Sales, the candidate will oversee international sales operations, develop business plans, execute sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure and mentoring a team of business development executives, lead generation specialists, and analysts. The role requires strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset, and expertise in proposal writing, client interaction, and technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning & Market Analysis: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and meet revenue targets. Participate in budget planning and collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment. Define ICP, plan outbound strategies, and participate in trade shows to maximize ROI. Monitor sales performance using CRM tools and analytics.
  2. End-to-End Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure. Work with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
  3. Proposal Development & Business Solutions: Lead the creation of proposals and sales documents, understand client requirements, and develop appropriate solutions. Deliver impactful presentations.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and act as the primary contact for escalations.
  5. Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams. Set goals, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  1. Education: Graduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing/IT Management preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 8 years in international sales management within the IT services industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Experience with accounts over $1M, managing diverse teams, and working in US/UK/Europe/Gulf markets.
  3. Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT solutions, CRM, sales automation, and analytics.
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong communication, motivation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to market changes.
  5. Additional: B1/B2, UK, or Schengen visas preferred; overseas travel experience advantageous.
