Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for fintech and global innovation? Our client is a leading financial technology company who is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their commercial strategy, elevate their market presence and drive business growth across their expanding portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performance sales team, building powerful client relationships and expanding the reach of their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale the global sales function across business verticals and regions.
  • Build integrated, value-driven sales propositions spanning global forums, advisory services, and partner platforms.
  • Identify and drive commercial engagement opportunities
  • Build and nurture high-level relationships with stakeholders across the public and private sectors globally.
  • Act as a key customer advocate, bringing insights from the market back into product and content development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align customer and business goals.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
  • Define and track KPIs, manage sales forecasting and reporting as well as implement performance-driven incentive structures.

What We are Looking For:

  • At least 10 years of sales within financial services or financial technology space.
  • Proven ability to build and execute global sales strategies that deliver growth and long-term value.
  • Strong network and established relationships across the global fintech and financial services ecosystem.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Prior experience leading cross-cultural and high-performing teams.
