About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales function across two fast-growing teams — the Telesales Team and the Roadshow Sales Team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and executing strategies that convert leads into enrolled students. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a clear mandate: grow the company’s sales performance through strong execution, leadership, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Lead, manage, and grow both the Telesales and Roadshow Sales Teams
• Design and implement scalable sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Own sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis
• Monitor and track KPIs and revenue metrics across teams and products
• Make data-informed decisions to improve close rates and reduce acquisition costs
Team Building & People Management
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent
• Mentor Sales Managers and support their development
• Act as a liaison between frontline sales staff and senior leadership
• Receive and act on feedback from sales executives to ensure morale and motivation remain high
Operational Execution
• Assign and schedule sales reps for live roadshow events and activations
• Collaborate with marketing and ops on campaign launches and lead flow
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event and course operations
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase sales team efficiency
Revenue Growth & Accountability
• Set, track, and take accountability for revenue goals across both B2C and B2B channels
• Report weekly and monthly sales performance directly to the CEO
• Take ownership of sales budgets, commissions, and performance-based incentives
• Identify new sales opportunities and markets to grow company revenue
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years in a sales leadership or head of sales role, preferably in the education, training, or edtech industry
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people management and team-building skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Experience overseeing large teams across telesales and field sales channels
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves when needed — you’re not just a strategist, but also an executor
