We are partnering with a global leader in workforce risk and compliance technology to hire a Head of Sales, Asia.

This is a player-coach role where you’ll not only lead a team of five experienced Business Development Managers across Asia but also personally own a sales quota, driving strategic, high-value deals and deepening client relationships.

The company’s platform enables organizations to simplify hiring risk, improve regulatory compliance, and streamline human capital processes at scale. Backed by a global infrastructure and a growing presence in Asia, the firm is expanding aggressively across financial services, tech, healthcare, and professional services.

Your Role:

  • Own and drive a regional new business sales quota alongside your team.
  • Lead and mentor a team of five BD Managers across ASEAN, instilling best practices in pipeline management, enterprise deal execution, and forecasting.
  • Build a go-to-market strategy focused on regulated, high-compliance sectors.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments across multinational clients and regional markets.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and global leadership on market localization, enterprise solutioning, and RFPs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Track record of personally closing large deals in regulated or compliance-heavy sectors.
  • Strong leadership ability with experience managing regional or multi-country sales teams.
  • Hands-on approach with deep experience in Salesforce-driven pipeline execution.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, balancing coaching with quota-carrying responsibilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin

  • Base salary of SGD $180,000–$200,000, with a competitive performance-based bonus scheme.
