Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for order, sales, margin and receivables within Company’s Singapore marketplaces
  • Develop and implement overall sales and business development strategies and action plans in accordance to company’s management strategy and business objectives
  • Inspire, lead, manage and grow the sales and business development team
  • Set and communicate clear and measurable KPIs to each reporting team members and closely monitor the performances so as to achieve company budget
  • Guide business development activities to capture and to materialize new opportunities
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction level by assuring quality sales and service activities are conducted
  • Prepare reports and attend monthly management meetings
  • Work closely with other departments (engineering, administration, FA etc) to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform any other Ad Hoc duties assigned by Company

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder. Field in industry system engineering or electrical engineering will be a plus point.
  • 8-10 years B2B working experience in which minimum 4 years of managing a sale team of at least 5 Sales Personnels.
  • Good knowledge on drives, motors, automation systems or substations will be a bonus.
  • With strong skills in leadership, analysing, planning, communication and negotiations
  • Confident team player
