Job description:
Provide leadership to the product marketing and commercial marketing teams
Management and coaching of regional marketing team and resources in the region
Accountable for all Business Unit marketing activities in the region
Work with leadership team to identify, define functional requirements of the product managers, commercial marketing managers, for new capabilities and enhancements that help drive product evaluations and support to business partners
Develop and execute the pricing strategy for the region in cooperation with all BUs (ensuring global price alignment)
Define target customers, segment and product strategies for the region across all BUs
Conduct regional market analysis to understand the region’s trend and requirements
Establish and implement policies and guidelines regarding product promotion, marketing, pricing activities, processes, internal support structure/matrix to increase efficiencies, productivity and customer engagement
Define and execute product promotion and design win programs for the region
Support regional sales force and distribution sales and product marketing force with appropriate collateral to enable design-ins
Lead the International Marcom and joint work with respective product teams in organizing global tradeshow / exhibition to showcase our new product & technology; aim to create brand awareness and new business opportunity
Continuously assess and review of team performance to ensure that KPIs are on track and delivered
Capable of managing a number of priorities and deliverables in an operational, interrupt driven environment with minimal guidance or supervision
Requirements:
A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or related field
At least 10 years of semiconductors experience, with a marketing function or product management focus
Good knowledge in pricing strategies, customer pricing negotiations and product portfolio management
Natural leadership skills and the ability to work with all teams in the company
Advanced soft skills and intercultural competencies as well as enthusiasm in order to navigate between customers, multiple internal cross-functional stakeholders and management
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, and fluency in Chinese is a strong plus
Ability to drive, coordinate and structure cross-functional and cross-regional activities and business partners
Willingness and ability to travel
