Position Title: Project Delivery Head DefenceLocation: Pune, MaharashtraDepartment: Defence ProjectsReports To: COO/DirectorJob Summary:The Project Delivery Head Defence will be responsible for overseeing the successfulexecution and delivery of defence-related projects. This role demands strong leadership,strategic planning, and extensive experience in defence project management. The idealcandidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highestquality standards, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and militarystandards.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management:o Lead and manage multiple defence projects from initiation to completion.o Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources,and budgets.o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.o Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, including military-grade JSS Penta 5 compliance, and client expectations.o Deliver custom-made solutions compatible with ARING 1553 and JTAG,ensuring EMI/EMC compatibility.2. Team Leadership:o Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.o Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members have the necessarytools and support.o Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and shareupdates.3.
