Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process for soups, sauces, stocks, pastes, meals, and food processing.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSC:22000, ISO 22000, Halal) and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with R&D teams to improve recipes, product quality, and production techniques.
- Manage and lead the production team, providing training and supervision.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records, analyze output data, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant field of F&B Operations and Management
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in food production, central kitchen, especially in soups, sauces, stocks, pastes, meals, food processing.
- Strong leadership and production planning skills.
- Knowledge of food processing machinery and equipment.
- Familiarity minimally with ISO 22000 Food Safety standards.
