Job summary

A leading food production company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Production Manager to oversee and manage the production processes of various food products including soups, sauces, and meals. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in F&B Operations and at least 5-7 years of experience in food production. Responsibilities include managing the production team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing production efficiency.

Job description

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage the entire production process for soups, sauces, stocks, pastes, meals, and food processing.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSC:22000, ISO 22000, Halal) and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with R&D teams to improve recipes, product quality, and production techniques.
  • Manage and lead the production team, providing training and supervision.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain production records, analyze output data, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in relevant field of F&B Operations and Management
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in food production, central kitchen, especially in soups, sauces, stocks, pastes, meals, food processing.
  • Strong leadership and production planning skills.
  • Knowledge of food processing machinery and equipment.
  • Familiarity minimally with ISO 22000 Food Safety standards.
