Job summary

Coins is seeking a visionary Head of Product Solution Design to lead our end-to-end product design function, overseeing UX/UI designers, researchers, and design strategists to craft delightful journeys aligned with our business goals.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure cohesive experiences across Coins Payment, Crypto Trading, and other products, shaping the design language and driving user-centric innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design/UX strategy with leadership experience.
• Portfolio showing design strategy, user journeys and end-to-end product design.
• Mastery of human-centered design, accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Strong communication and storytelling to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Product Solution Design team (UX/UI, researchers, writers).
• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Business teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end design process from discovery to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
• Implement design systems and ensure accessibility across mobile and web.
• Own user journeys, identify pain points and drive improvements via design metrics.
• Communicate design vision and updates to executives and stakeholders.
