Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a visionary Head of Product Solution Design to lead our design organization. You will manage a team of designers, researchers, and strategists, shaping user journeys that align with business goals and deliver exceptional value across Coins Payment, Crypto Trading and other products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, UX/UI, or user experience strategy with leadership experience.
• Proven track record designing digital products at scale (fintech/payments preferred).
• Strong portfolio covering end-to-end design, journeys, and design strategy.
• Proficiency with design systems and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Deep understanding of human-centered, accessible, responsive design.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Researchers, and UX Writers.
• Define and own vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function within the Global Product team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end design process from discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Champion design thinking and research-led innovation across the organization.
• Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and optimized for mobile and web.
