Get to know the Role.

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Head of Product to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of core platform capabilities in the domains of Trust, Identity, Compliance, Safety, Content Moderation and Customer Support.

You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, driving innovation, and leading a large cross-functional team to build scalable, intelligent, and trustworthy platform services that power all of Grab’s business lines, including our ecosystem digibanks (GXS, GXB, Superbank).

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and Own Platform Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap for platform services across Trust, Identity, Compliance, Safety and Content Moderation.
  • Drive Customer-Centric Innovation: Leverage the latest in AI and tech advancements to transform user experiences, automate decision-making, and increase efficiency.
  • Lead at Scale: Lead and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of more than 150 product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists across multiple geographies.
  • Trust and Identity Domain Leadership: Bring domain expertise in risk detection, fraud prevention, transaction and content monitoring, secure onboarding and authentication, especially in digital marketplaces, financial services and digital banking.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other product and business teams, including our sister companies to deliver win-win outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Champion data-informed decision making, leveraging insights to prioritize initiatives and measure impact
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling risk and trust products within complex financial services or fintech environments would be ideal.
  • Experience managing large teams (>100), ideally in matrixed, multicultural environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading AI-driven platform innovation, preferably including real-world applications of agentic or autonomous AI agents.
  • Deep understanding of identity management systems, fraud detection, content moderation, and safety frameworks.
  • Strong strategic thinking, product sense, and technical fluency — comfortable engaging with engineering leaders on architecture and execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Passion for Grab’s mission to drive economic empowerment in Southeast Asia.
