Job Summary

As part of EPOS’ bold strategic expansion, we are seeking a Head of Product Management to join us. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape the future of how merchants leverage innovation and technology to thrive.

In this high-impact role, you’ll work directly with the EPOS leadership team, playing a pivotal role in defining and delivering our product strategy for existing and new market (i.e Malaysia). You’ll have end-to-end ownership: from shaping product vision and translating market needs into technical requirements, to driving development and launching products that solve real problems for our merchants.

We are looking for a Senior Product management talent who is able to communicate and collaborate well with all stakeholders to ensure we work towards a common goal which is to build and launch competitive products for our Merchants to empower their business with a technological edge.

This is what your job scope will be...

Product Management Life Cycle

1. Research stage (For new market entry)

• Conduct market alignment and validation

1. Design & Requirement stage

• Draft and design product requirements according to product roadmap

1. User testing

• Test, verify and launch new features/function
• Manage users' expectations

Stakeholders

• Partnering with sales team on project initialization & execution
• Communicate with Technology & development teams in technical detail, understand the implications of choices and make trade-offs
• Collaborate with design team on UI/ UX designing
• Work with internal operations team on project execution and client management
• Working closely with group product team to define best practices / guideline and uphold EPOS product vision and product roadmap

• You have previous work experience (Ideally 8 years) developing product roadmap relating to F&B or / and Retail industries.
• You are commercially minded in understanding business requirements and able to distill technical concepts to business users
• You have strong project management to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines and problem-solving skills
• You are a strong team player with fantastic communicator and have strong stakeholder management skill
• You’re driven, self motivated, independent and committed to success.
• You’re open minded, enthusiastic and willing to learn
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done
• You are creative and strong innovative thinking mindset
• Mandarin communication skill is highly preferred
