Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

Coins.ph is looking for a Product Lead with a strong fintech, e-wallet, or payments background to join our team. In this role, you will help drive our product to have the best-in-class user experience, based on data and industry practices. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the fintech industry, helping business stakeholders with innovative solutions, and driving user experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Work with Engineering and Design to ideate, build, and optimize our web and mobile app user journey from onboarding to payments and trading.
2. Own operational metrics such as KYC pass rates and payment success rates.
3. Collaborate with the CEO to lead the development of new products (margins, futures, etc.) globally.
4. Manage the global product roadmap across different countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
5. Oversee the global product, design, and product operations teams.
6. Drive decision-making using quantitative results, testing, qualitative research, and customer insights. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Design, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to scale the platform efficiently.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7 years of experience building and managing crypto, e-wallet, or other fintech products in Southeast Asia and/or Greater China.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science) or a design-related field (e.g., Design, Human-Computer Interaction).
3. Experience managing a team of Product Managers, Engineers, or product feature teams.
4. Experience with spot trading, margin, and futures products.
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions.
6. Ability to work in a data-driven environment and influence metrics to achieve KPI goals.
7. Curious, inquisitive, and logical, able to derive insights from first principles.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and executives.
9. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
