The Head Primary Years (Product Owner Grades 1-5) at Orchids International Schools, located in Bengaluru with frequent travel to branches, will be responsible for overseeing the Primary school program for Grades 1-5. As a mission-driven academic leader, you will collaborate with school coordinators and principals to deliver an exceptional learning experience by aligning curriculum implementation, infrastructure development, retention strategies, teacher enablement, and stakeholder satisfaction.In this role, you will be accountable for transforming the educational vision into reality by providing strategic oversight, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring on-ground execution to enhance classroom experiences. You will lead academic implementation by ensuring effective delivery of the curriculum, conducting teacher training sessions, and incorporating feedback to enhance teaching practices.Additionally, you will spearhead infrastructure upgrades, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with zonal heads to enhance the learning environment. Strengthening academic storytelling, parent engagement, and developing retention strategies will be crucial aspects of this role. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive academic excellence and student satisfaction.The success of the Head Primary Years will be measured through improvements in student learning outcomes, infrastructure audits, parent satisfaction scores, dropout rate reduction, teacher implementation quality, and admissions conversion rates. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Early Childhood and Primary education pedagogy, strong leadership skills, operational agility, and a problem-solving mindset.
