The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a leadership role in an international school, experience with EAL students, and a commitment to personalised learning, collaboration with leaders, and IB-aligned values.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated successful experience as a school leader.
• Ability to collaborate with other leaders.
• Experience in an International School environment.
• Experience in teaching EAL students.
• Experience with and a commitment to a personalised learning approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Capacity to demonstrate a commitment to and a vision for the 'intensive' nature of PCS.
• Mandarin language skills are preferred.
• Exemplify IB learner profile and Stamford Values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall support and development of students and staff in the PCS program on campus and online.
• Collaborate with school leaders to implement innovative learning approaches for grades 6–10.
• Ensure safeguarding and adherence to Cognita family policies and school standards.
