The Head of PR Practice at BrandLoom will be responsible for leading PR strategies for both BrandLoom and its clients, aiming to enhance their image and reputation among the target audience. You will collaborate closely with the Founders, Business Development, Brand Strategy, and Digital Marketing Teams to develop and implement initiatives aligning with business objectives. Additionally, you will act as a primary media contact and representative for the organization.Initially, this role will involve individual contribution, but gradually, you will be tasked with building a competent PR team. Directly reporting to the CEO, you will be entrusted with the following key objectives and responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive communications plan in collaboration with the Brand Strategy team, encompassing strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.- Create and execute online and offline media relations strategies.- Utilize existing media connections and build new relationships with relevant media outlets.- Handle media inquiries and interview requests effectively.- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising, continually assessing their value.- Stay abreast of industry trends and provide strategic communication recommendations.- Coordinate all public relations activities and liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure operational and communication objectives are met.- Produce external media-focused written communications such as pitches, press releases, briefing materials, articles, presentations, and coverage reports.- Oversee award submissions, speaking opportunities, abstracts, and research on Q&As.- Generate news story ideas, draft media materials, and monitor PR results on a quarterly basis.- Devise press releases, content marketing strategies, and other methods to enhance earned media impressions.Qualifications and Skills required for this role:- 5-10 years of PR experience, preferably with a reputable PR agency.- Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Communication, Economics, Mass Media, or Journalism.- Demonstrated success in executing campaigns independently or as part of a team.- Proficiency in digital and social media monitoring tools.- Strong storytelling and media relations capabilities, including pitch creation and media briefing facilitation.- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate with various levels of management.Salary Range: INR 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 per annumIndustry: Internet / EcommerceFunctional Area: Marketing, Public Relations, Writing/EditingEmployment Type: Permanent Job, Full TimeExperience: 5-10 yearsNumber of Vacant Roles: 01 (Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, or Bangalore),
