ASM is a global leader in semiconductor technology and innovation. We seek a Planning transformation leader to own end-to-end digitization initiatives across Global Planning, driving governance, execution, and measurable business value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align strategic priorities with executable programs, and foster a data-driven culture that improves safety, quality, delivery, productivity and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in a Supply Chain Planning role with digital transformation/operational excellence experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Planning PMO and drive planning transformation.
• Own the Planning transformation portfolio and roadmap for on-time delivery and value.
• Lead end-to-end planning digitization from discovery to sustainment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, IT, and external partners.
• Drive adoption of portfolio management tools and ensure single source of truth for status and benefits.
• Define and embed project delivery standards, governance, and review cadences.
• Lead delivery teams through design, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs with executive reporting, risk management and benefits tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement through Planning data insights and strategic pillars.
