Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Payroll Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll accounting and reporting, system maintenance, and documentation of payroll procedures.

  • Process Improvement / Project Management: Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, and lead/support implementation of systems and non-systems projects.

  • Leadership: Lead division in managing the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees. Guide continuous growth and development of team members.

  • Controls, Compliance and Audit: Establish robust controls and processes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Manage internal and external audits.

  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong working relationships across departments and with external vendors.

Key Requirements

  • Accounting Degree/ACCA or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, handling sizeable transactions.

  • Blend of work experience in finance / finance shared services / payroll management is ideal.

  • Familiarity with payroll and accounting standards in Singapore.

  • Good communication, stakeholder and people management skills.

  • Proficiency in using the SAP / SuccessFactors Payroll system and MS Office.
